Dodge Dana 60 Swap Kit for 67-87 Chevy For Most Aftermarket Springs, Non-Greasable Kevlar Bushings

Non-Greasable Kevlar front spring eye bushing kit for '67-87 K10/K20 pickup, '69-91 Blazer, '67-91 Suburban and '76-91 K30/V30 pickup. For aftermarket 2-1/2" wide (lifted) springs.

Includes Kevlar bushings/sleeves/grade 8 bolts for both ends of both front springs. For 1-1/2" eyelet at front of front spring, 1-1/8" eyelet at back of front spring. Fits all aftermarket springs except Superlift and Skyjacker.

'93 and older Dodge Dana 60's, have spring pads that are 1/2" wider than GM solid axles, this special bushing kit offset the springs to make everything line up.

Uses larger 1/2" bolt at the back, this will require ORD HD front shackles plates or drilling stock shackles for larger bolt.

We are working with a second generation Kevlar reinforced polyurethane bushing material that is proving to be another step stronger and more durable.  At this time the new material is only available in the same grey color as our Kevlar tierod end boots.  For more information on bushing color, click here.

For install the thick washer and thick shoulder bushing always face the motor. This helps offsetting to the wider dodge d60 perch.
