The first generation of 4L60E transmissions use a one piece case and the adapter bolts to the transmission with 4 bolts. The 2WD shafts are not useful for 4WD applications and need to be changed, all 4WD shafts are the same.
How to use with 203/205 doubler | Drill/tap six bolt transfer case pattern into face of NP203, plug up stock holes and make a tab to hold down the idler shaft OR install shorter output shaft in 4L60E or use a spacer (we stock both) and then use a factory TH350/NP203 adapter. Magnum box bolts up as is, no changes. An electric vehicle speed sensor needs to be added to the system, we can help with that.
